The preliminary investigation carried out in the framework of the case of causing bodily injury to the 36-year-old A. Nakhchvanyan, which is carried out in the Investigation Department of Ajapnyak and Davidashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City, revealed a number of circumstances, the identity of the person seemingly committed the crime.
As a result of investigation and judicial measures undertaken under the criminal case, it was revealed that on 5 April 2015, Armen Nakhchnavyan and another person quarreled for parking the vehicles in front of the shops at 6 Hasratyan street of Yerevan City. During the quarrel the citizen knifed A. Nakhchvanyan.
The preliminary investigation revealed the identity of the citizen and on 10.04.2015, a decision to involve him in the criminal case as a defendant was made under the requirements of Article 112 of the RA Criminal Code. Arrest was decided as a measure of restraint and official retrieval was declared.
