The advocates have appealed the 26 March decision of the Court of general Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts, according to which arrest was defined as the measure of restraint against the defendants.
In case if the Criminal Court of Appeals finds that the decision of the First Instance Court is lawful, the advocates have solicited to apply an alternative measure of restraint against the defendants, i.e. a bail.
