On 13 April 2015, at approximately 11.00 o’clock, V.Hayroyan’s (36 years old) dead body with gunshot injuries was found on the 59th km of Sevan-Yerevan road. A criminal case was initiated, informs the Investigative Committee.
According to the source, a call was received on 13th April 2015; at approximately 11.00 o’clock telling that the body had been found on Sevan-Yerevan road. The investigative group headed by the chief of Gegharkunik Marz investigative board arrived at the scene of incident immediately.
Parallel to the 59th km of Sevan-Yerevan road, near the way taking to the former administration of quarry, a “RENAULT LOGAN’’ vehicle of the Sevan branch of “Haypost” CJSC, under the registration number 315 LV 61, was found. Near it the body of Vigen Hayroyan citizen of Sevan (DoB 1979) was found with gunshot injuries on the head and chest. As the result of investigation of the scene of incident a Makarov gun was found not far away.
A criminal case is initiated in the Gegharkunik Marz investigative department according to the Part 1 of Article 104 and Part 1 of Article 235 of the RA Criminal Code. Necessary investigative and procedural steps are being made to provide the comprehensive study of all the circumstances of the murder and to reveal the identity of the person (people) who seemingly committed the crime.
