A criminal case is initiated in the Tavush Regional Department of the Investigative Committee of the RA for a banditry attack by a group of persons on previous concert. On 4 April 2015, a report was received that citizen of Yerevan K. Mosinyan has been taken to the Medical Center of
Ijevan.
On 4 April 2015. at 22.30 in the Bagratashen checkpoint a stranger named Artur had asked him to take him to Dilijan on his way to Yerevan. On the road to Ijevan K.Mosinyan stopped the car in order to repair it. Artur and another person who approached them forcedly robbed two TV sets and Georgian Laris from the car.
According to K.Mosinyan was also hit in his head with some objects, seemingly weapons.
A criminal case is initiated in the Regional Department of the Investigative Committee of the RA according to Points 1 and 4 of Part 2 of Article 175 of the RA Criminal Code.
The preliminary investigation is in process.
All necessary measures to ensure comprehensive investigation of the case are being taken.
