“Interfax” mentioned referring to its own sources that the Russian Federation soldier Valeri Permyakov, who is accused in the murder of the Armenian family, has been declared guilty.
“The psychological expertise has declared him guilty. That is to say, during the crime Permyakov totally perceived the nature of his actions and their consequences,” the unknown source mentioned.
It is stated that experts have noticed psychological problems in Permyakov, but on the whole, he was psychologically healthy.
The source also mentioned that if the soldier had been psychologically ill, he would have been sent to treatment by the decision of the court, but in this case there are all the reasons to declare him totally guilty.
