During today’s session of the RA Government the executive allowed the State Property Administration to give as a property by name of purchase to Aghvan Aslanyan the buildings under its disposition that are situated in street 1, lane 6, address 2 of Haykadzor community of Shirak Marz and have an area of 1655.69 square meters (administrative building – 394 square meters, cleaning station – 975.25 square meters, laboratory – 179.14 square meters, boiler house – 107.3 square meters) and a land plot of 0.25238 hectares necessary for their use and service.
Despite the fact that as of 18 March 2015, the estimated cost of the property was about 3 million according to the March 27, N209 Decision of the Government, it will be sold by the half of the cost, 1.5 million AMD.
It is clarified that Aghvan Aslanyan will build a cattle complex within two years in the aforementioned address, renovating buildings, obtaining bees, cattle, technique of agricultural significance, and other necessary equipment, equally investing 10 million AMD every year.
Aram Sahakyan stated that the community with a population of 500 inhabitants is situated 200 kilometers far away from the borderline, and the main field of activities is cattle breeding. The alienation is implemented in order to develop this area.
At the same time, the buildings have the following levels of damage according to the inference about the technical conditions provided by state non-profit organizations of “Northern Survey for Seismic Protection” of the RA Ministry of Urban Development:
The administrative building has an estimated third level damage; the technical condition is insufficient,
the cleaning station building – fourth level damage, the technical condition is at emergency level,
the lab building – second level damage, technical condition is sufficient,
the boiler house building – third level damage, technical condition is insufficient.
By the way, today the Prime Minister asked an interesting question to Arman Sahakyan, when the latter was talking to the members of the government during the presentation of the project of the minister of urban development: “Mr. Sahakyan, your right and left sides are active today, what happened?” After that Arman Sahakyan and his interlocutors became silent.
