Negotiations were held in Minsk for the purpose of initialing a protocol on making amendments to the agreement “On avoiding double taxation of incomes and property and preventing tax evasion” between the Government of RA and the Government of Belarus. The representatives of the Ministry of Finance of RA attended the negotiations on the Armenian side. The Press service of the RA Tax Service informs.
The drawing of the protocol aims to amend and supplement the agreement “On avoiding double taxation of incomes and property and preventing tax evasion” signed between the Government of RA and the Government of Belarus on July 19, 2000 in Minsk by making it comply with the economic and legal amendments made in the legislations of the two states, as well as to the OECD model.
