Founding Parliament informs that today in the morning searches were carried out in the houses of its members. The communication says, “The police also searched the house of the member of FP Hovhannes Ghazaryan who lives in Vanadzorr city. After the search he was arrested. Search has been carried out in Vanadzor Office of the FP as well. Toros Sefilyan (Zhirayr Sefilyans, brother) the Lebanese representative of Armenian Survival was also arrested. Freedom fighter Pavel Manukyan, FP member is arrested. Zhirayr Sefilyan’s, Varuzhan Avetisyan’s, and Karo Yeghukyan’s houses were searched as well.”
The FP Secretariat reports that the law enforcers arrested Zhirayr Sefilyan and Varuzhan Avetisyan.
Shortly befor the FP informed that after the search in the Vanadzor office, Hovhannes Ghazaryan, Head of Vanadzor Office, Aram Hakobyan, Head of Gyumri Office, were arrested. Gevorg Safaryan from Yerevan was also arrested.
