The head of the second youth house in “SOS” children’s village Armenian charity foundation is accused of getting big amount of embezzlement, informs “Datalex” Judicial Information System.
According to the indictment, 41 years old Artur Harutyunyan formed fake contracts, signed fake warrants from 30 December, 2003 to 21 October, 2011.
Together with one of the youth house members Nelly Asryan on behalf of his acquaintance Artur Hakobyan formed a fake contract for making paid service of juggling, signed debit warrant payments five times on behalf of Artur Hakobyan, then using these contracts and warrants got big amount of embezzlement from the annual budget, all in all 840,000AMD.
The case is being investigated in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts, presiding Judge Armen Bektashyan.
