The two accused Valerik Hovhannisyan and Nerses Melkonyan who were involved in “Vernisaj case” (17 May, 2014) were not present at today’s judicial sitting.
The court announced that they got information from Nubarashen penitentiary stating that on 9 March, Valerik Hovhannisyan was taken to Third Clinic Hospital, as for Nerses Melkonyan he had temperature of 38 degrees.
According to the mutual agreement of the parties the judicial sitting was postponed and will take place on 13 April, at 12:00 p.m.
