Advocate Ruben Baloyan, representative of the victims in Vardan Petrosyan’s case, applied to Ara Zohrabyan, the President of the RA Chamber of Advocates with request to initiate a disciplinary proceeding against Vardan Petrosyan’s defender, the French advocate Marie Dose.
However, in the interview to Iravaban.net, Ruben Baloyan did not inform when exactly he had filed the complaint. “It is not essential. Now I am waiting for the reply,” he said.
To our question about the grounds of the complaint, he answered that there were offensive statements against his person in Nikolay Baghdasaryan’s Facebook page. Nikolay Bagdasrayan is Vardan Petrosyan’s advocate in the case as well. And if Marie Dozen declares that no such things were said, then he will abandon his compliant.
