On 7-8 March 2015, the RA Ministry of Justice had organized a discussion in Aghveran. Arsen Mkrtumyan, the First Deputy Justice Minister of the RA , experts Yeghishe Kirakosyan, and Aram Orbelyan, representatives of the a Arbitration Court, NGOS, advocates, representatives of the Office of Financial System Mediation, and other interested individuals attended the discussion. Arthur Sukiasyan from the Armenian Young lawyers Association NGO participated in the discussion as well.
During the two-day meeting the participants focused on “RA Law on Commercial Arbitration” and discussed the necessity of amendments of the law. They also discussed issues related with the necessity of changes and amendments in the Civil Procedure Code, the Civil Code, the Family Code, the Labor Code, and the RA Law on State Duties.
