The RA Code on Administrative Offence provides several offences that stipulate a fine of 30,000 AMD. They are:
1. Coming out to the opposite lane of the traffic if it is not related with overtaking in the permitted sections of the road or passing the parked vehicle or obstacles if it is impossible to pass the parked vehicle of the obstacle without coming out to the opposite lane of traffic.
2. Breach of the order of installing the advertisement on the vehicle.
3. Violation of legislation regulating the road traffic rules, which caused traffic accident in case wher it does not include features of crime.
