The RA Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case on the fact of shooting near “Nubarashen” penitentiary under the requirement of Article 104, Part 2, Point 1 (murder of 2 or more persons) and Article 235, Part 1(Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition) of the RA Criminal Code.
