Just at this moment, Armen Harutyunyan, Regional Representative of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Central Asia, Acting Head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission, in the Ukraine, Doctor of Law; is passing the test at the competition of the candidates to ECHR Judges from Armenia. Now he is introducing his biography and activities. Armen Harutyunyan was one of the winners of the first competition.
Simultaneously, Stepan Mikaelyan, judge of the RA Court of Appeals is working on the test of language proficiency.
According to today’s schedule Judge of the RA Cassation Court Yelizaveta Danielyan, and Astghik Kharatyan will pass the test by 13:00, from 14:00 to 18:00 four candidates will pass the test as well. Among them: Ara Ghazaryan, Lawyer and International Law Expert, Nelik Harutyunyan, Head of International Legal Affairs Department of the RA General Prosecutor’s office, Vigen Kocharyan, YSU, European and International Law Chair, Professor and Liza Grigoryan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan.
