Investigation is carried out with regard of the Permyakov’s attempt to cross the State Border of the RA. The investigation is carried out in the framework of the Criminal case on the brutal Murder of Avetisyan family in Gyumri by the soldier of the Russian Military Base Permyakov. In case of bases as a result of the investigation, a corresponding decision on initiating or not initiating a criminal prosecution will be taken.
Advocate Yerem Sargsyan, the representative of victims’ successors told to Iravaban.net that in the evening he had received a letter with the above said content from the RA Investigative Committee as a reply of the motion which he had made on initiating a criminal case on the fact of the Permyakov’s attempt to cross the RA State border.
