RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing new judges.
The decree reads:
“Governed by Clause 11 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the conclusions of 13 February, 2014, AKh-4-E-2, AKh-4-E-3, AKh-4-E-4 of the RA Council of Justice I decide:
1. Appoint Grigor Arakelyan as a judge at the Administrative Court of the RA.
2. Appoint Hovhannes Avagyan as a judge at the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk marz of the RA.
3. Appoint Tatevik Grigoryan as a judge at the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davitashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.”
