On 18 February, at 06:21, a phone call informed that a “VAZ-2121” car was overturned near Building 1 on Charents Street. It occurred that still in undisclosed circumstances the “VAZ-2121” car with L/N 718LU64 (driver G.Gh., DoB 1993) was overturned. There were no victims. Rescuers closed the gas valve on the vehicle.
