Iravaban.net learned from the scan published on the website of the Ministry of Justice that at this moment 9 people have applied for participation in the tender for the post of judge at ECHR form Armenia.
Thus, the new applicants for the competition are: Astghik Kharatyan, Judeg of the Civil Court of Appeal; Artyom Geghamyan, former deputy Justice Minister; Yelizaveta Danielyan, Judge of Criminal Chamber of the Cassation Court of the RA; Vahe Grigoryan, Advocate who participated in the previous competition.
Among the candidates who applied earlier are: Armen Harutyunyan, Regional Representative of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Central Asia, Acting Head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission, in the Ukraine, Doctor of Law; Liana Hakobyan, Judge of the RA Administrative Court; Liza Grigoryan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan; Vigen Kocharyan, YSU, European and International Law Chair, Professor; and Ara Ghazaryan, Lawyer and International Law Expert who was one of the three candidates that won in the previous competition.
