On 17 February, at 07:26, the risque service received a call informing that a sick citizen in one of the houses on H.Emin Street had fallen down on the floor and could not open the door. The health of the rescuers was needed.
The rescuers who arrived in place opened the door and found KH.H. (DoB 1917) lying helpless on the floor.
The rescuers put the sick man on the bed and the on the ambulance doctors provided appropriate help in place.
