In the evening on 9 February, Samvel Ch. (DoB 1975) reported to Bazum Police Department that on the same day at 14:00, near building 8 of Nersisyan District of Vanadzor city a certain Poto met his son Aramayis Ch. (DoB 2000) and asked to give money. His son refused to give him money and they went to Leningradyan house district where they continued the dispute. Poto’s brother caught his sons hands while Poto injured the boy’s face with a sharp object.
A forensic examination has been set.
