Today, after the session of the executive body of the Republican Party Samvel Nikoyan, MP from the RPA in his interview to the journalists mentioned that the RPA will launch a process on the issue of deprivation of Gagik Tsarukyan, the Chairman of “Prosperous Armenia” Party, from the Mandate of the Deputy as provided under the RA Law on the “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.”
As Samvel Nikoyan said, “The actions of anyone shall be accommodated within the framework of the law. And if the questions have arisen, why such procedures do not start, because if it is a politician, if the latter begins to speak in the name of the nation, the state and the statehood, parliamentarianism, the law, first he should require it from himself.”
