MP from the “Self-Help” Yegor Sobolev and Vadim Ivchenko from the “Fatherland” scuffled just in the lobby of Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian media reported to “Zvezda” TV Company.
The incident was caused as a result of the bill that proposes to give local deputies the right to change the purpose and distribute the land outside the settlements.
