Tigran Atanesyan, the defender of the rights of former Director of “ArmenTel” CJSC informed that he had appealed to the Criminal Court of Appeals the decision of the First Instance Court, which denied his involvement in the case as an advocate.
Tigran Atanesyan informed to Iravaban.net that he had got acquainted with the accusation and assured that there were no evidentiary circumstances against Igor Klimenko in it. “I have to inform that they have not any evidence against the former Director of “ArmenTel” CJSC igor Klimenko, and I believe that that was the reason they do not want me to participate in the trial. There is only one testimony made by the defendant, who says nearly the following that someone had told him that Klimenko might have been a participant. This is said form the name of a third person. Even if something had happened, it is obvious that Klimenko has no relation with it,” Mr Atanesyan said.
