After discovering and recording the violation of road traffic rules the Road Traffic Police Inspector shall, with the consent of the performer of the offense, fill in on the spot and provide to the offender the receipt of the penalty fee.
The receipt shall be completed in two identical copies, one of which is provided to the penalty payer (traffic participant), while the other remains at the police officer and is attached to the administrative protocol.
