The regular session of the Government is scheduled on 30 January. Iravaban.net learned from the schedule published in the Electronic Management System of the RA Government that on Friday, the Executive will consider 29 issues. But it is remarkable that 8 issues from overall 29 are confidential and not available to the public.
Specifically Hovhannes Manukyan, the RA Ministrr of Justice will report on 3 issues; Armen Alaverdyan, the Deputy Minister of Finance will speak on 4 issues and GHorik Hakobyan, the Head of the RA National security Service will report on 1 issue.
If the issues which the Minister of Justice will report in some report are understandable, because the Minister will touch the issue of adoption, however the other 5 issues cause some concerns, which do not provide any other information in addition to the note confidential and the name of the speaker.
So let’s hope that the addition of the note confidential to the issues discussed by the government will not become a tradition and from now and on government decision-making process will be.more transparent and accountable.
