Today, the Government session will discuss the issue of granting deferment of the mandatory military service to Davit Palanjyan. The draft in particular reads:
“Pursuant to the requirement of Article 16, Point of the RA Law on Military Duty”, the Government of the RA decides to granting deferment of the mandatory military service to Davit Palanjyan, (DoB 21 December 1991, he has been admitted to the PhD program at the University of St. Petersburg on the profession “Laser Technologies and Techniques”) till the end of his study, the winter draft 2017.”
