On 18 January, police department of Aparan City received a call from the medical center informing that a man with cut / stab wounds in the abdominal crunch had applied for medical support. It turned out that he was knifed on the same day by another resident of the city during a dispute.
The victim and the perpetrator presented their versions of the case.
