On 20 January at 18:45 the officers of “Malatia” Agricultural Market in Yerevan detained Karapet.Gh., DoB 1984 on the suspicion of robbery.
It turned out that on the same day at 18:00, he had quarreled in the same market with Elvira K., DoB 1978, and slapped her in the face. After that with an obvious intention stole the two cell phones that had fallen from her hand. The stolen items were partially confiscated.
