According to the report of a citizen Gerasim N., a criminal case has been launched based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Article 118 and Part 1 of Article 137 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. A citizen Gerasim N. reported that on December 26, 2014 at about 9.45 the policeman of Hrazdan Energy System Protection Division of State Security General Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia argued with him over the money debt, during which he struck him with his hand.
Gerasim N. reported that on the same day a short while later upon the incident the police employee came to his trade kiosk (booth) and threatened him with a gun that he would kill him.
A preliminary investigation is in process.
