Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing new Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA. The Decree reads:
“Guided by the 9th provision of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the Article 36 Part 2 of the RA Law on Prosecution I decide:
To appoint Armen Harutyunyan to the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia.”
By another decree of the RA President, Armen Harutyunyan was released from the position of Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigation Committee, Chief of the Military Investigation Department.
