The Press service of NKR Defense Army informs that on the night from 2 to 3 January at about 03: 15 am, the enemy undertook 2 subversive-reconnoitering acts in southern and eastern directions of NKR Defense Army
As a result of operative actions taken by the Defense Army forces the enemy suffered losses, and was thrown back to its starting position.
Unfortunately, the soldiers of NKR Defense Army Karen Grigoryan and Vardan Mkrtchyan were killed during the confrontation with the enemy.
Soldier Vladimir Harutyunyan was wounded.
NKR Ministry shares the grief of loss and expresses its condolences to the families of fallen soldiers, relatives and colleagues.
An investigation is underway to determine the details of the incident.
