The last session of the RA Government in 2014 chaired by the Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan was held today.
Opening the meeting, the Prime Minister, gave the floor to the Deputy Minister Vache Gabrielyan, the Head of the Group on the study of the Situation in the Financial Market of the RA formed on the instruction of the President, of the RA .
Vache Gabrielyan spoke about the stabilization in the Financial Market of the RA to which Iravaban.net has referred today.
Further, the Government discussed other issues, among them the size of the state pensions under the RA Law on the “Social Guarantees of Persons Holding State Positions”; the pensions of the military servants; changes in the benefits for the old age, disability and in case of losing the breadwinner were considered as well. The size of the pension for disabled children and other pensions were considered.
The RA Government also established corresponding bodies for regulation of the relations with regard to Eurasian Economic Union.
The session provided approval of the development of science and technology priorities in 2015-2019.
The issue of the procedures for electricity purchase was considered.
The Government approved the RA law on making amendments to the RA Law on Electronic Communication and related issues.
The Draft Law of the RA on making Changes and Amendments to the RA Law on “Recognizing void a number of Laws of former USSR and Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic, and a number of normative legal acts of the Republic of Armenia’s Supreme Council” was discussed at the session.
The Session discussed a number of other issues as well.
