According to part 5 of Article 124.4 of the RA Code on Administrative Violations, excess of the allowed speed by 81 km/h leads to imposition of a fine at the rate of five-hundred-fold of the minimum salary (500.000AMD).
That is, if the permitted a maximum speed is 60 km/h and the driver has been traveling at a speed of 165 km/h, we shall have the following; 165-10 (speedometers possible error) = 155-60km/h (allowed maximum speed)=95km/h = the fine of 500.000AMD.
In such case it is not essential whether the driver had exceeded the speed by 82km/h or 120km/h. Here the size of the fine is 500.000AMD.
