Advocate Samvel Martirosyan’s License suspended

On the Decision N 426-A of 24.12.2014 of Ara Zohrabyan, the President of the Chamber of advocates of the RA, operation of Advocate’s License  N 34 provided to Samvel Martirosyan gas been suspended, the official website of the Chamber of Advocates of the RA informs.

Samvel Martirosyan was charged for violation of the requirements of article 178 part 2 (2) and Articles 38-34-312 part 2 (1) of the RA Criminal Code and was sentenced to imprisonment for the term of 3 years and 6 months.
