Based on the report submitted on 28 November by Advocate Norayr Norikyan to the general department for Combating Organized Crime of the RA Police, on 8 December the General Department on Especially Important Cases of Investigative Committee of the RA initiated a criminal case in compliance with the requirements of Part 1 of Article 254 of the RA Criminal Code “Illegal appropriation of computer data.” Preliminary investigation is in process.
