RA Ambassafdor Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary to the USA, former Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan was appointed ambassador on 26 July 2014, based on the RA President`s Decree.
According to the Annual Income and Properties Declaration of the Ethics Commission of High-Ranking Officials, when assuming his position Tigran Sargsyan declared 2 apartments in an apartment block, 2 personal residence houses, land and garage. He also declared shares of 6,390,000 AMD, 2.500.000 AMD and 955.000 USD.
The official declared 47.965.001 AMD material income, of which 5.941.127 was job salary and equal payments, 41.813.347 AMD was the percentage received from loans and other compensation, 210.527 AMD was the income received from civil-legal contracts.
As an affiliated person, T. Sargsyan`s wife Gohar Sargsyan, according to the Annual Income and Properties Declaration of the Ethics Commission of High-Ranking Officials, declared 183.734 USD, which became 149.875 USD at the end of the year. At the end of the year Gohar Sargsyan declared 30.000 EUR as well. The percentage received from loans and other compensation accounted for 4.540.022 AMD, and the money received from rent and other compensation was 5.000 USD.
