Within the governmental delegation led by RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, RA Minister of Economy Karen Chshmaritian has left for the USA to participate in Annual Meeting of World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund to be held on October 10-12. The First Deputy Minister of Economy Garegin Melkonyan, and the Head of Economic Development Policy Department Artak Baghdasaryan are also in the delegation.
It is expected that in the framework of the Annual Meeting Minister Karen Chshmaritian will take part in plenary session of WB and IMF, in Netherlands meeting of WB and IMF as a RA manager in WB Group. Minister of Economy will also participate in high-level discussions on current development, challenges and future vision of global economy
During the visit Minister Karen Chshmaritian will have meetings with the management team of WB and IMF to discuss the results and prospects of mutual cooperation.
