President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Gagik Hovhannisyan to the post of Chairman of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the RA Shirak marz.

“Based on Paragraph11of Article 55 of the Constitution of the RA and on the recommendation of the Council of Justice ob 12 September I decide: to appoint Gagik Hovhannisyan to the post of Chairman of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the RA Shirak marz and to stop his authorities of Chairman of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the RA Lori marz,” reads the decree.
