During the court session of Shant Harutyunyan and others, in front of the Court of the General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts, Hayk Kyureghyan climbed into one of the parked cars and said that there is a bomb in the car.
According to the information of the police, strictly violating the social rule and not obliging to the legal demands of the police officers, Hayk Kyureghyan shot by his own gun in the direction of the police officers.
There were wounded police officers who were taken to the hospital.
A criminal proceeding was instituted based on the 4th part of the article 258 of the RA Criminal Code: hooliganism which was connected with medium-gravity damage to a person, to fine 200 to 500 times more than the minimum salary or by imprisonment with maximum 5 years.
Hayk Kyureghyan is arrested.
Investigation is underway.
