With the decree of Serzh Sargsyan the authorities of Vladimir Aslanyan, the judge of the First Instance Court of the General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen of Yerevan because of the age of the office. “Guided by the 11th part of the 55th article of the RA Constitution, 2nd point of the 4th part of the article 167 of the Judicial Code and based on the conclusion of June 12, 2014 of the Council of Justice I decide: to consider the authorities of Vladimir Aslanyan, the judge of the First Instance Court of the General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen of Yerevan ceased on June 15, 2014,” it is said in the decree.
