On April 29, at midnight, Masis Police Department received a report that at about 23:30 pm, a “Volkswagen Vento” car on the 4 km of Masis – Charbakh road, went out of the roadway and overturned. As a result, the driver Tarkhan Khachatryan, born in 1953, died.
According to information of the Police website, the circumstances of the incident are investigated.
