Based on the report of the RF citizen D.B., the RA Special Investigation Service initiated a criminal case based on the prepared materials under Point 2 of Paragraph 3 of Article 311 of the RA Criminal Code.
According to the information from the Special Investigation Service, based on the report of D.B., the tax officers of the Tax Service of the RA State Revenue Committee by the Government, in March 2014 visited the clothing store, which she and her husband M.T. were operating on the lease base, and as an exchange not to conduct an inspection, demanded to pay a bribe.
Prejudicial inquiry is in process.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
