Based on the report of the citizen K.R the RA Special Investigation Service initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 309 of the RA Criminal Code.
According to the citizen’s report, in November 2013, the police officers of Gavar department of Gegharkunik marz Police Department of the RA used psychological and physical abuse against him to get information about the bodily injuries of A.A. a resident of one of the villages.
According to the information from the Special Investigation Service the pre-judiciary investigation is in process.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
