In the past fine was used for the violation of traffic rules mainly for reducing corruption risks but in the result of analysis it turned out that fine is not the most efficient and useful method used for this reason, said the acting Minister of Justice of the RA, Hrayr Tovmasyan during the parliamentary hearings in the National Assembly.
