The Press Center of the RA ministry of Justice informs that Tigran Malkhasyan, Head of Malatia-Sebastia Alternative Punishment Department of the Penal Department of the RA Ministry of Justice and Tigran Petrosyan, Head of Nork-Marash department are dismissed from office on the order of Hrayr Tovmasyan, Acting Minister of justice of the RA.
Disciplinary sanction “severe reprimand” was applied to Gevorg Matevosyan, Head of Shengavit Alternative Punishment Department of the Penal Department of the RA Ministry of Justice.
The internal investigation of the Staff Lawfulness Control Department of the RA ministry of Justice revealed that Robert Tamaryan, the first class specialist of the Special Department of the Penal Department of the RA Ministry of Justice was not present during the March 24th incident. Based on the fact the temporary termination of the authorities imposed on Robert Tamaryan was removed on the order of 7 April of the Acting Minister of Justice.
