Today, “DEM EM” Civil Initiative initiates a march from the RA Ministry of Finance to the State Revenue Committee.
Earlier the Initiative circulated an announcement which in particular says, “After the announcement of April 2 Decision CCD – 1142 of the Constitutional Court the RA State Revenue Committee has not changed the form of the electronic reports and thus forces the employers to transfer the accumulative pension payments threatening to call to administrative liability.
We must make the State Revenue Committee abide to the requirements of the mentioned Decision of the Highest Court Instance of the RA and demand making corresponding changes in the electronic forms and thus provide opportunity to the employers to avoid making compulsory accumulative payments against their employees’ will.
