If no corresponding changes are made after September30, a certain chaotic situation may occur. Gagik Harutyunyan, President of the Constitutional court of the RA said yesterday on the Public TV, speaking about the provisions of the RA Law on Accumulative Pensions, which were recognized unconstitutional.
“The Constitutional Court will evaluate the extent of implementation of changes as a result of decision. We shall not wait till the end of the year, but will carry out an extra summarizing of the results and shall announce about the implementation of the derision and the existing situation.” Gagik Harutyunyan said.
In his opinion, the key shortcoming of our system is that it was wrong to neglect participation of the employer from the solution of this crucial problem.
