The Constitutional Court established the order for discussion and examination of the materials during the court trial on constitutionality of Articles 5, 7, 8, 37, 38, 45, 49 և 86 of the RA Law on Accumulative Pension. The following procedure will be applied: the court will listen to the explanations of the applicant, the court members and the respondent will ask questions, the explanations of the respondent will be heard, questions will be asked to the respondent, further they will refer to the questions which the invitees would like to be clarified, that is from the representatives of the Government and the Central bank. In case of necessity additional reference will be made upon the order of examination and then listen the final speeches.
“No limitations may be made for questions and explanations. We must be able to clarify in details all issues that have been accumulated or asked today. Ultimately we must be able to understand what is happening, and which the problems that need solution are. Today we are hearing from all possible tribunes that the law must be discussed again I do not know exactly what people have in mind, but there are issues that we need to clarify for ourselves and then we shall be able to elaborate correct legal positions and take a decision,” Gagik Harutyunyan President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia said.
Just at this moment the applicant is filing the claim.
