Artsrun Hovhannisyan newly appointed Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense

To the order of the Minister of Defense, Artsrun Karapet Hovvhanisyan has been appointed Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense.
Artsrun Hovvhanisyan was born in 1980 in village Tsogghamarg of Shirak Marz of the RA. He has been on military service since 1997. In 2001 graduated the Military Academy after Vazgen Sargsyan of the RA defense Ministry, and in 2012 the magistrate of History International Scientific-Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Republic of Armenia (ISEC). He is author of dozens of scientific articles and monographs. He is married and has two daugheters.
